INSTRUCTIONS FOR TRANSLATORS HANDLING TRADOS WORD DOCUMENT 

•    Segment 1-9: Doesn’t need to be translated. 
•    Please do not make any changes to the translation table with the exception of your new translation in the ‘Target segment’. 
•    Please do not delete or edit the 'pink tags' (eg:<26>). 
•    Please do not Change the 'Styles' in Word (i.e. Normal, Tag). 
•    Please be mindful not to use the ‘ENTER’/ ‘Return’ ¶ button when translating as it will cause issues when importing your translations. Switch on 'Show/Hide¶' in Word which will enable you to see the Hard and Soft Returns.
