• Start by posting a project. Tell us about your project and the specific skills required.
• translance analyzes your needs. Our search functions uses data science to highlight freelancers based on their skills. This will help clients to find the best applicant.
• We confirm that the information provided in the freelancer’s profile including freelancer’s Job Success score and feedback on past projects are trustable and genuine.

Finally, it is the client responsibility to choose the best applicant and proposal. Clients can reach to a final decision by contacting the freelancer with translance message center for interviewing the freelancers in real time.

Pay

Payment done easily

Pay your freelancer via our escrow system. Release funds only when the milestones are met.

Pay your freelancer by the hour, or a fixed price for the entire project. On fixed-price jobs, use our licensed escrow service to release funds as pre-set milestones are met. We help you by:

• Making it possible for you to pay to freelancers in over 170 countries including Iran.
• Including translacne payment protection. Only pay for the works done.
• Reporting the payments you made in the report section.
• Translance makes paying freelancers simple and secure. The clients can pay using MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, and Perfect Money. The payments are subject to about 5 % processing fee.

What fees do we charge to clients?

Posting a job is free, when the client hires a freelancers we charge the client 5% of the money paid, for example if you agree to a $100 price for a job with a new freelancer you will be billed $5.

What is currency converter?

We use currency converter to change USD to Iranian currency (Toman). The rate of currency for freelancers and clients are different and may changes daily based on the exchange market.
